Theoretic-methodical bases of social activity of the agrarian enterprises are specified in the thesis; their features, elements of the organizational-economic mechanism of performance, methodical bases of an estimation of efficiency of social activity are designated. The analysis of efficiency of industrial activity of formations of the Kherson region is made; principles of formation of employment and incomes of workers of the agrarian enterprises are generalized; participation of enterprises in an accomplishment of a social infrastructure is caused; measures of increase of a standard of living of country are developed.
