Dasho T. The role and the place of the bodies of the internal affairs of Ukraine in the conditions of the formation of the civil society.

The dissertation forms the complex research on the role and place of the bodies of internal affairs in the conditions of the formation of the civil society in Ukraine throe the exposure of the forms and methods of the activity of the police departments in Ukraine that correspond to the demands of the present time. According to the research, the construction of the civil society is impossible without the effective work of all the state structures, and the bodies of the internal affairs, as the part of such structures, which had to act after the gaining of the independence of Ukraine in the conditions when the growth of the criminality that was caused by the deep social-economic crises, that has covered all the spheres of the social life-economy, politics, ideology, moral, has reached to the level of the real danger to the National security of Ukraine. The activity of the bodies of the internal affairs is an important part of the activity of the state bodies on the securing of the personal rights and freedoms of the citizens of Ukraine. At the same time, the social, financial and the legal factors, intensive development of the modern social relations, create the need of the following reformation of the system of the bodies of the internal affairs of Ukraine, and their adjustment in the accordance to the realities of the modern social - political life, their transfer into the real servants of the society, that are ready to help and guarantee the citizens of Ukraine the protection of their rights and liberties in full.
