Zelinska O. The state regulation of the monopolism in the transformational economy Ukrainian.

The dissertation is devoted to the theoretical substantiation of the renew of the approaches to the anti- monopoly regulation and working out the recommendations to improve the state regulation of the economical and natural monopoly in the transformational economy conditions. In the manuscript the influence of the monopolism into the production amounts, economical and social effectiveness is considered, the mechanism of the monopoly price forming and the principles of its regulation are examined. The influence of the market structures into the monopolism forming is opened, the tendencies of the market structures change and the monopolism peculiarities in the Ukrainian economy are analyzed. On their basis the directions of the renewal approaches to the anti-monopoly regulation are defined. On the example of the house municipal sphere the existing price regulation mechanism of the natural monopoly is studied, the trends and ways of its improvement are substantiated.
