Dissertation is the first in Ukraine from the moment of going into effect of the Criminal Code of Ukraine of 2001 by monographic research of signs of legal compositions of imitation of documents, seals, stamps and forms, their sale, use of the counterfeited documents. The complex legal analysis of objective and subjective signs of corpus, foreseen an Article 358, Criminal Code of Ukraine delicts is in-process carried out.
