The legal nature of this crime has been studied; the criminal law characteristic of its legal structure has been given; the criteria for distinguishing this crime from allied offences, as well as from complicity in a crime committed by a terrorist group have been established; the sanction which provides the punishment for the crime in question has been analysed.
