Essay

Research object: process of reconstruction of models of three-dimensional objects from projections data. A purpose is an increase of the productivity of reconstruction of isosurface models of three-dimensional objects in the systems of computer graphics due to development of new and modification of existent methods of isosurface calculation, oriented for realization on parallel architectures. The parallel hierarchical method of reconstruction, which differs ot known the independent calculation of parts of global interpolant, is offered, that allows to decrease temporal expenses on the construction of model of three-dimensional object. Further development was got by the hierarchical method of calculation of surface of two-dimensional object on the great number of projection points, which differs ot known principle of space decomposition, that allows to use a method in three-dimensional space. First used for the reconstruction of models of three-dimensional object inversion multiquadric as a function of distance for the calculation of global interpolant, that allowed to decrease an error at his calculation. The decision of methods reflection for reconstruction of models of three-dimensional objects got further development on the parallel computer systems of SIMD- and MIMD-architectures with different descriptions and ground of parallel calculable structures for effective organization of calculable processes on the basis of the developed methods. On the basis of the offered method the specialized software module is developed for the reconstruction of isosurface models of three-dimensional objects in medical practice, which is used for the three-dimensional design of violations of vertebra on results tomographic researches in the Donetsk regional clinical territorial medical association.
