Siyploki M. Criminal-legal characteristics of bringing person known to be innocent to criminal responsibility

The dissertation is the first national complex monographic research of the criminal-legal characteristics of bringing person known to be innocent to criminal responsibility. The work presents consideration of history and comparative-legal aspects of regulation of responsibility for bringing person known to be innocent to criminal responsibility; analysis of terminological and substantial signs of this crime; research of problematic and vexed questions of objective and subjective signs; introduction of more precise definition of qualifying signs; differentiation of actions provided by art. 372 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, from adjacent structures of crimes, in particular, crimes in sphere of office activity and crimes against justice. Sоme flaws in construction of certain legal norms were determined, propositions concerning improvement of criminal legislation were formulated.
