Minchenko O. Implementation of the German Law Family Law Activity

The dissertation is dedicated to the complex research of theoretical and practical issues of educational and applied law activities in the countries of the German law family, namely in Austria, German Federative of Republic and Switzerland. With the aim of creative implementation of the best foreign achievements in the field of educational and applied law activities some comparative analysis as to the Ukrainian legal system is done. Law activities theoretical issues in the countries of the German law family are depicted. The analysis of law education and police training peculiarities in Austria, GFR and Switzerland is carried out. The law activities of these above mentioned countries, applied into practice, is analyzed. Specific proposals directed at improving of the Ukrainian law education and law practice are presented. These are aimed at improving of the law education in Ukraine and provision of law securing and law protection of the Ukrainian citizens.
