The subject of investigation: the establishment processes of machine-technological stations in Odessa region targeting agricultural enterprises. The aim of investigation: the development and substantiation of theoretical matters and practical activity concerning machine-technological stations efficiency. Methods of investigation: dialectic and abstract-logical, economic-statistical and comparison method, retrospective-perspective analyses, estimated-constructive analyses, mathematical modeling. Theoretical and practical results: theoretical-methodical elements of machine-technological stations forming and development have been introduced improved theoretically. Offers regarding the main directions to form and increase efficiency of have been introduced have been introduced in practice. The originality of innovation: the formation mechanism and organizational structure of machine-technological stations have been introduced improved; grounded programs of further development of machine-technological stations by introducing into agriculture have been development; the task to optimize the structure and to increase the efficiency of use of technical means in machine-technological stations.
