Financial and managerial activity of state enterprises. Investigation of theoretical basis and development of practical recommendations for improvement of cost' accounting and analysis for decision-making on the state enterprises. General scientific methods: analysis, synthesis, modeling, comparing, grouping, concretization. Investigation of theoretical basis and development of practical recommendations for cost' accounting and analysis for improvement of methodic of accumulation of accounting-analytical data for decision-making on the state enterprises. Creation of diagnostics' resume as a result of economical diagnostics of decisions' budgets has been proposed. The informational table of repairing work has been created. Results of investigation are used by Lutsk State Technical University in studying process, by Concern "Aviavoenremont" and State Enterprise of Defense Ministry of Ukraine "Lutsk Repair Plant "Motor".
