Essay

This dissertation is dedicated to the new method of polychannel control of synchrosignals of digital telecommunications that is based on the measurements of the rejected time intervals and statistic operation by special server of centralized system of control. Was examined precise device that forms periodical counts of time with the ring of phase lock. Optimization was executed by the speed of response of precise device that forms periodical counts of time with the first level ring of phase lock; was determined regularity of duration of optimal transition process from the period of phase discriminator characteristic. Principles were suggested of probability-theoretical research of accuracy of forming of periodical counts of time and criterion of statistic optimization of time intervals resistance (J-parameter). Algorithm and program were worked out of temperature optimization of the time intervals resistance in C++ environment. With the help of this program were defined optimal conditions of temperature resistance of precise forming devices of selected devices of synchronization that are produced serially.
