Inflation processes in economy of Ukraine. Development of theoretic-methodological bases and practical recommendations concerning state regulation of inflation processes in Ukraine. Methods: historical, comparison, analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, graphic, tabulared, formalization, modeling. The determination of optimum inflation level was grounded which means such an increase of price level which provides achievement of the maximal rates of GDP gain under condition of GDP marginal inflation content minimization. The method of money turnover syrplus calculation was suggested, which differs from existing methods of money syrplus calculation by the account of its velocity. The offers concerning to necessity of inflation targeting introduction in two stages, method and models of inflation forecast, methodological approaches to definition of an optimum inflation level and GDP marginal inflation content were introduced.
