Mishchenko S. Innovative reproduction of rail transportation capital assets

Research object - reproduction process of the capital assets of the rail transportation enterprises. Purpose - development of the theory and justification of the theoretical and practical offers concerning the implementation of reproduction process of the capital assets of the rail transportation enterprises on the innovative basis by efficiency increasing of their innovative activity. Methods - of the structural and logical analysis of the comparison characteristics, of the analysis and synthesis of results, grouping, time series, purposes structuring, simulation, system approach as well as program and target approach. Practical importance of the obtained results the results are the methodical base to provide the capital assets reproduction on the basis of innovative activity of the rail transportation enterprises, directed to the problem solvation of the rail transportation competitive ability on the domestic and foreign markets of transportation Introduction degree - a number of the offered items of this thesis are used at determination and justification of the basic directions of the innovative activity improvement at the level of branch and railways, are considered at the strategy elaboration of the further development of rail transportation innovative sphere as a whole, and its separate enterprises, as well as during educational process in the Ukrainian state academy of rail transportation teaching disciplines. Scientific novelty of the obtained results - the concept of strategic management of innovative development of the rail transportation enterprises was developed, which presupposes the construction of the integrated innovative system; the organizational structure of innovative activity management of the rail transportation enterprises was developed; the approach to the reproduction process of the capital assets of the rail transportation enterprises and classification of influence on the productive potential of the rail transportation enterprises were improved; the system of influence on reproduction process of the capital assets of the rail transportation was determined; the development degree estimation procedure of the innovative component of equipment reproduction process of the rail transportation enterprises and the methodological basis of their restructuring for the purpose of the innovative development were elaborated.
