Timofeeva T. Development of mechanism for providing economic security of railway transport

Object : processes , which take place on the railway transport and provide economic safety of railways. Aim: deepening of existing theoretical ways of identifying of the level of railway transport economic safety ;development of new theoretical generalizations as for the mechanics modelling of the level identifying of the railway transport economic safety. Methods: systematic approach , abstractedly –logical , experimental, logical modeling, graphical, method of expert appreciation and general scientific methods of theoretical generalizations and comparisons. Improved: the model development of the level identifying of the Ukrainian railway economic safety is substantiated, which consists of main substantial stages. The realization of the model fulfils through the operational system mechanism showings with the help of which the level and potential of railway transport is identified; conceptual apparatus :” resources of economic safety”,” potential of economic safety”, “ level of economic safety development” , that allows to widen the basis for mechanism development of the appreciation of the modern condition of the economical safety of railway transport; the scheme of the threats for the railway transport economical safety. In the difference of the existing schemes , threats are identified taking into account the peculiarities of economic activity of railway transport; classification of interaction of economic safety on the different levels. In the difference of the existing interactions, the influence of subjective and objective factors is identified . The further development took place: the identifying of the influence factors on the level of railway transport economic safety, which allows to identify the system of showings of economic safety by its separate compiling; methodical basis of the model development of the resource potential of railway transport, which consists of factors totality, grouped into separate blocks : capital, personal, information and technology , techniques, equipment and rights. The efficiency of new improved : methodical approaches as for the identifying of the level of railway transport economic safety are developed. This allows the railway transport enterprises to introduce scientifically substantiated activities, which are directed to the increase of the level of the railway transport economical safety.
