In the Dissertation there was developed the effective control system enterprise which answers the terms of activity of domestic enterprises by a market value. A practical value and meaningfulness of this research consists in development of the system of current management a market value which is based on combination of process and aim approaches and enables to strengthen it motivational monitoring constituent. The instrumental filling of this system is formed for different strategic aims, that enables to elect most effective instruments of realization of the put tasks.
