The dissertation thesis researches theoretical and methodical basis of the efficient land use for the agrarian production. The intension of the term “efficient land use” and “land conservation” are investigated from different points of land tenure. The classification of the existing foundations of land conservation is suggested. The character of lend relationships is investigated as the basis for land conservation. The criteria and activities for the estimation of effectiveness of agricultural land usage are validated. The situation of land relations reforming, qualitative and quantitative characteristics of arable land are analyzed. Cost-effectiveness of land use by different agrarian transactor units is investigated. The optimization model of mineral fertilizers for different agrarian transactor units is suggested. Economic benefits of No-Till land cultivation in comparison with traditional technology are determined.
