Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the issues of harmonization of Ukraine's laws on Criminal Liability and Statute of the International Criminal Court. The amendments and changes to bring the current Criminal Code of Ukraine in conformity with Statute of ICC are proposed. The comparative analysis of the Criminal Code and Statute of the ICC provisions has been carried out; the content of some international notions revealed and their comparative analysis with those fixed in the Criminal Code made. The harmonizing meaning of some features established.
