The object of research of dissertation work is a process of management development of regional economy on the basis of clusters formation. A purpose of dissertation work is development of theoric and methologic bases and practical recommendations in relation to the improvement of processes of cluster management development of regional economy due to strengthening of competition positions of finacial and economical subjects at the regional market. Research methods: approach of the systems, comparison and generalization, historical and logical, scientific abstraction, methods of analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, statistical analysis, special methods of cross-correlation, dispersion, regressive analysis. The scientific novelty of dissertation work consists in the financial industrial grounds of the system of financial and economical relations which arise up in the process of management development and functioning of regional economy on the basis of clusters formation. At first time: direct intercommunication between clusterization of regional economy and strengthening of competition positions of financail and economiacl subjects at the regional market; improved: essence of definicii is a "cluster"; structure of cluster of industrial region due to including of financial institutes; got further development: personal touches of cluster form, which distinguish them from other associations; organizationally-economic mechanism of clusters formation which is a sequence of the logically CPLD stages.
