This work is devoted to the question of improvement in the treatment of patients with endometrial cancer (EC). Based on the conducted retrospective analysis localization and frequency of endometrial cancer recurrence was studied. The influence of risk factors on survivability and frequency of relapses in patients with endometrial cancer was investigated. A multiple system of prediction for the development of endometrial cancer recurrence was developed with determination of three stages of risk .The general impact of various factors on the development of endometrial cancer recurrence with the help of multiple disperse analysis was determined and proved.
