Oleksyuk V. Regional structure formation of land use at the agrarian enterprises

The dissertation thesis researches scientific and methodical basis of the effi-cient land use, argumentation of the ways and organizing and economic actions for efficient structure of agricultural land stating in the context of landowning and land use forms. Different approaches of scientists to the definition of economic and juridical essence of terms "landowning" and "land use" are considered. Author's definition of forms of the last one mentioned, tendencies and current correlation at the economic highly developed countries is given. Social and economic potential of different forms of lend use, especially on terms of own and leased land is investigated. Methodical approaches concerning concept content "efficient" and "rational" land use are worked up.
