Kolisnyk O. 3. Budgetary safety in the context of providing the strategy of a socio-economic development of the state

An object - budgetary system of the state. A purpose is - deepening of the theoretikal, methodological and organizational principles of budgetary safety, making of conclusions and practical recommendations in relation to its estimation and providing during realization of strategic socio-economic priorities. Methods - abstractions, deductions, system, historical, structural, logical, analysis, synthesis, comparison, grouping, economic and mathematic modeling. Results - theoretic and organizational principles of budgetary safety are grounded, recommendations conserning improvement of method of its estimation and practice of providing during the realization of strategic socio-economic priorities are produced. Novelty - the essence, composition and structure of mechanism of formation to budgetary safety threats are grounded; methodical approaches of budgetary safety estimation are improved, its basic indexes are certained; the interpretation of the essence "budgetary safety" is specified; basic principles of budgetary safety of the state guaranteing as the basis of forming the mechanism and construction of the system of its providing are formulated. It is inculcated in activity of Budget Committee of Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Ministry of finance of Ukraine, main financial department of Ternopil regional state administration, in the educational process of the Ternopil national economic university. A sphere is the budget.
