Object - myocardial dysfunction in patients with alcohol liver cirrhosis; the purpose - increase of efficiency of treatment; methods - clinical, biochemical, immunological, functional, endoscopic, ultrasonography, morphologic; novelty - peculiarities of the heart haemodynamics disturbances in patients with alcoholic liver cirrhosis were described. Benefits of treatment with trimetazidine and carvedilol in addition to optimal therapy in such patients were evidently proved; field-medicine.
