Object - 148 patients with duodenal ulcer, associated with Helicobacter pylori. The purpose - increase of efficiency of treatment of the patients; novelty - the level of leptin and adiponectin in blood and its changes under influence of treatment for the first time is investigated; the prolonged infecting by Helicobacter pylori development of the mildly dislipidemia; differential approach to treatment of the patients with use of dialipon, glutargin and ursochol are developed.
