The research object: the interaction between a user and an information system using public switching telephone network. The aim of the research: methods and information technologies of providing the validity of user and computer telephony integration system interaction development. The methods of research: digital signal processing theory, spectral estimation theory, imitation modelling methods. Theoretical and practical results: methods and information technologies of robust information recognition which obtained by after dialing.
