Essay

The dissertation is devoted to finding of features of the course and optimization of therapy of acute and chronic viral hepatitis B and C in drug users on the basis of analysis of clinical and biochemical and immunological indexes. Expedience of complex therapy with medichronal of acute and chronic viral hepatitis in drug users was grounded. Positive influence of replacement therapy of buprenorphine on the immunological indexes of blood of drug users with chronic hepatitis C and B+C was proved.
