Dyakur M. Attempted on a crime: problems of legal qualification and responsibility

The dissertation is devoted to examination of problems of the criminal liability and legal qualification of an attempt on crimes. In work the determination of attempted crime and performance the objective and subjective sign of attempted crime is given. The basic kinds of attempted crime, their signs and measure of difference of attempted crime from mere preparation and completed crime are considered. Are explored the establishment of the criminal liability and feature of qualification of attempted crime. Is produced and it is offered to the recommendation for improvement of the criminal legislation of Ukraine and practice of their application.
