Essay

On the basis of clinical and epidemiological examinations, determining of biochemical indicators, morphological changes in liver and assessmеnt of the effectiveness of antiviral therapy there were established clinico-pathogenetic peculiaritіes of chronic hepatitis C in persons with replication form of Epstein-Barr virus infection, developed criteria for predicting course, proved the necessity of individual approach to diagnosis and treatment. The mixed replication chronic forms of hepatitis C and Epstein-Barr virus infection have clinically-manifestation course high biochemical characteristics of cytolysis, cholestasis, dysproteinemia, profound morphofunctional changes in the liver, low efficiency of antiviral therapy and predictive rapid development of cirrhosis.
