Savchenko A. Diagnosis and treatment of cardio-vascular complications of radiation and combined treatment of patients with breast cancer.

The thesis contains scientific research that improves on the effectiveness of treatment procedures of patients with breast cancer (Br.Ca), by diagnosis and соrrection of treatment of early and late cardio-vascular complications of com-plex radiation and combined therapy (RT). It was concluded that in early period after RT patients condition of CVS decreased, more important in patients with already existing cardiological pathology with leftlocated Br.Ca after A and B regimes of RT, what corresponds 1-2 stage toxicity according to CTCAE protocol. In later period after RT heart-vascular complications are in most part of patients with leftlocated Br.Ca after A and B regimes of RT, what corresponds 2-3 stage toxicity according to CTCAE protocol. It was improved that, timely diagnosis and pharmacological treatment cardio-vascular complications of RT (in inhalation also) increases the effec-tiveness of treatment patients with Br. Ca and increases general quality of life.
