Dissertation is devoted the analysis of category cut of a theory of musical-performance art, research of its logiс-concept structure by the row of philosophy (ideal), esthetic (artistic interpretation) and specific categories of musical-performance art (etalon). A musical-performance art is a special kind of creativity, the universal process of transformation of images, belong to the sphere ideal, into material artifacts of human activity, lies in basis of which (objectification and subjectification). The musical-performing art is the cyclic continuous process of activity, which consists of consecutive stages, the result of the first from which is a construction of the interpretational model of performance, accordingly, second - its technical realization by performance facilities. The sound ideals of the art of performance - etalon versions of performances, genre-stylish etalons of performances, types of performance-based interpretation of the pieces of the past and present are the important mechanism during the processes of evaluation, analysis and comparison.
