Essay

The Object: the process of formation of pricing economic mechanism in foreign economic activity of the management parties. The Purpose: grounding of the theoretical basis and development of practical recommendations for the formation of the enterprise contract import prices for the consumer goods, which are directed at the procurement of effectiveness of the appropriate foreign-trade operations conduct. The Methods: theoretical generalization, induction and deduction, analysis and synthesis, system approach, comparative analysis, economic simulation. It is offered: systematization of approaches towards terms treatment; enhancement of the existing classification of the contract import prices for the consumer goods; enhancement of the methodological principles of estimation of the enterprise contract import price formation effectiveness and methodological principles of the target contract pricing; development of the criterial indicator of estimation of contract import price formation effectiveness; formation of the price policy of purchase and realization of the imported consumer goods; determination of the main factors influencing the effectiveness of the contract import price formation; the use of level of probability estimation matrix of price and currency risk on a separate import operation; definition of the abstract and specific figures of the criterial indicator of estimation of the contract import price formation effectiveness.
