Essay

Research object are enterprises which are included in the bread production sub complex of the Vinnitca area and feature of their functioning. Research purpose: development of conceptual principles and suggestions is in relation to forming at regional level of mechanism of providing of bread production sub complex sustainable development. Methods: abstractly logical, method of structural analysis, analytical and economic statistical, comparison, logical generalization, system functional, grouping, historical, economic statistical, graphic. Theoretical and practical results: scientific positions and practical developments are formulated allow to provide support of bread production sub complex sustainable development. Scientific novelty: first: methodical approach is applied to the evaluation of constancy for determination development of bread production sub complex taking into account the features of functioning of sub complex in economic, ecological and social constituents, and also system of indexes and integrated index; it is improved: approach to systematization of basic factors of influence on development of the explored sub complex grouping in constituents and subsystems, each of which is characterized own level of constancy; obtained subsequent development: categorical-concept vehicle of theory of the economic systems by expansion of interpretation of concepts of sustainable development concerning of region's bread production sub complex. Degree of introduction: the results of dissertation are inculcated in the economies of the Vinnitca area. Efficiency: will assist development of theory of sustainable concerning bread production sub complex and development of the applied methods of providing of his permanent functioning. Sphere, industry of the use: agroindustrial production of Ukraine.
