Borys N. The substation of technological process and parameters of working organ for sugar beet tops removal

Dissertation is devoted the increase of the productivity of machines and decline of losses of sugar-bearing mass of root crops at the separation of roots by optimization of height of cut without copying of roots and ground of construction and parameters of working organ for the aftertreatment heads of root crops from tailings of roots on condition of observance of high-quality indexes of process of collection of sugar beets. On the basis of the developed mathematical model of process of cut without copying grounded method of determination of optimum height of cut with the minimum agrotechnical possible offcuts of sugar-bearing mass for different agrophysical descriptions of sowing, sugar beet tops and root crops. On the basis of analysis literary source, algorithm of synthesis of constructions, theoretical and experimental researches grounded parameters, modes and for the separation of root crops. As a result of researches a three-row machine is made for the separation of roots production verification of which confirmed perspective of the chosen direction of researches.
