Polishchuk Y. Development companies at the market of the real estate

In dissertation work the author probed the activity of development companies at the market of the real estate. Theoretical principles of activity of development companies are in-process considered and the concept vehicle of the probed theme is formed, in particular, a concept "development services is entered". Research of modern market of the real estate of Ukraine condition and certainly place of development companies at the market of the real estate, prospect, and directions of development is conducted. Demented principles of realization of development projects their sourcing of financing are considered. The organizational environment of development companies in Ukraine is reflected in the thesis. Also development projects which were realized in Ukraine are analyzed. Certainly, that there is not the unique method of estimation of efficiency of development projects in Ukraine. The own method of estimation of development project, which takes into account both high-quality and quantitative, sides of project, is offered. A modern legislative base which regulates relations at the market of the real estate of Ukraine is also analysed in-process, it is suggested to make alteration, which would assist development of development companies at the market of the real estate.
