Object of research: process of trusting property management of housing bulding. The purpose: teoretikal and methodical substantiation of information-analytical maintenance of confidential management of property in system of housing construction and development of practical recommendations for application of mechanisms of the trusting property managemen directed on harmonisation of relations of participants of system of functioning of funds of financing of building for the purpose of minimisation of risks potential investors in the primary market of habitation. Research methods: generalisation method; the analysis and synthesis; methods of the statistical, logical analysis; methods of the analysis of the expert information; Swot; the graphic method. Defined: Category "confidential management of property in housing construction" as legislatively established set of principles, legal and organizational principles of attraction of means of investors in management on the basis of realisation of the right of the confidential property for the purpose of financing of building of habitation. Developed: conceptual principles of information-analytical maintenance of trusting property management in system of housing construction by formating of complete system of key indicators of an estimation of activity of participants of schemes of trusting property management are developed. Introduced: an adaptive technique of designing of an integrated indicator of reliability of the builder which unites разностороние characteristics components, and model of information-analytical system of key indicators of an estimation of activity of participants of schemes of trusting property management.
