Zharun E. Investment activity and its economic efficiency in the agricultural enterprises.

The dissertation deals with the question of increasing the economic efficiency of the investment activity in the agricultural enterprises under the market economy conditions. The economic essence of the investment was determined and their classification were examined, the investment activity and its development in Ukraine were characterized, the investment attractiveness of the agricultural enterprises in the region was determined. The sources of the investment forming were investigated, and also, the methods of the appreciation of the investment activity in agriculture were examined. The conditions of the investment activity in the agricultural enterprises were analyzed and its economic efficiency was determined. The directions and the sources of the investment activity financing of the enterprises was established. The directions of increasing of the economic efficiency of investing in the agricultural enterprises were grounded. The bloc economic and mathematics model for grounding the strategy of investment of the agricultural enterprises of different types of the specialization and the region in total was worked out. The forcast of the need of investments in the agricultural enterprises of different types was calculated, the calculation of discont profits for two variants of the development of the events at the different rate of the discont was done.
