The researching work devoted of forming the effective management's mechanism of a trading enterprise in the conditions of infocommunication economy. The engineering conception is proposing for optimization of control of trading business-processes. That's doing a model of the effective management of trading enterprise and that's forming the mechanism of his optimization. That's controlling to come to the effective management by effective management of every business-process on the whole. As a tool of achieving these aims is offered the automated management information system of supermarket.
