Subject of research - the systems which are characterized orthotropic properties of material stationary and transient oscillation; the aim - dynamic vibrations suppression of lamellar construction unit by the active interaction of piezoelectric components with an orthotropic structure; research methods and devices - methods of theory of elasticity, theory of plates and shells, theory of vibrations, theory of piezoelectricity, active control of vibrations, finite-element method, theory of measuring, theory of errors; theoretical and practical results - the method offered for mathematical and finite-element designs which present a base for engineering of printed board with film adaptive elements works in direct velocity feedback control; novelty - the mathematical model which describes the reaction of orthotropic plate on the action of film piezoelectric actuator was created. The mathematical modeling of piezoelectric actuators influence on the orthotropic plate by mechanical moments has been carried out; the degree of implementation - the efforts are introduce in the applied scientific and technical works of close corporation "ХЕМЗ - IPEC" and research institute "ПФМ ХАИ"; application area - engineering industry, educational process.
