Dissertation is devoted complex research of process of finishing telling in criminal cases about a fictitious enterprise and crimes related to him. Actuality of research theme is predefined the necessity of theoretical comprehension of problems of realization of elements of process of finishing telling at investigation of fictitious enterprise, including at the simplified order. Requirements are grounded in relation to the removal of lacks of criminal-process legislation of Ukraine, providing of inter conditionality of elements of process of finishing telling. The features of finishing telling are determined at investigation of fictitious enterprise and crimes related to him in Ukraine.
