Object of research: the process of management of industrial enterprise's development; objective of work: generalization and further development of theoretical and methodical positions and approaches and elaboration of scientific and practical recommendations on the management of machine-building enterprises' organization-economic development; research methods and apparatus: methods of logical and theoretical generalization, systemic analysis, factor analysis, matrix modeling, neurons networks, graphic; theoretical and practical results: the following aspects have been improved: methodical recommendations on efficiency evaluation of a management system of enterprise's organization-economic development, methodical approach to estimation and prognostication of the level of enterprise's readiness to organization-economic development, methodical positions on determination of activity dynamics of enterprise's organization-economic development, the following aspects have obtained further development: determination of the category "organization-economic development of an enterprise", principles of construction of the management system of enterprise's organization-economic development, the structure of management system of machine-building enterprise's organization-economic development; the practical value of the obtained results consists in the fact that theoretical positions and conclusions represented in the work are taken to the level of concrete methods and scientific and practical recommendations on perfection of management of machine-building enterprise's organization-economic development, the use of which will contribute to the increase of efficiency of enterprise's development; subject and degree of application: elaborations are introduced in practice of work of the following enterprises: Kharkov Tractor Plant named after S. Ordzhonikidze, Kharkov Bicycle Plant named after I. G. Petrovskogo, Kharkov State Aviation Production Enterprise; the area of application: management of organization and economic development of enterprises of machine-building.
