Scherbatyuk V. The organization of primary (basic) level rural territories' formation in the system of agricultural development (on the materials of Chernihiv region)

Object of research: scientifically-organizing bases and correponding them practical measures of the formation of rural territory primary (basic) level in process of their transformations in the rural development system. The purpose of research: development of scientifically-applied principles of organizations of the formation of the system of rural territory primary (base) level development as process to their transformations in system of the rural development. Methods: abstract-logical, monographic, generalizations, statistician-economic. Theoretical and practical results: elaborated offers will promote the organizations of the formation rural territory in system of the rural development with simultaneous creation the premiseses for its efficient social-economic operation. Scientific novelty: For the first time explored formation of rural territory primary (base) level with position of their objective conditioned transformations in system of the rural development. Has got the most further development an organization formations rural territory on strategic revived base. Degree of introduction: recommendations are used by Central administrative board and management of Chernihiv regional state administration. Sphere, area of use: local authorities, rural society.
