Essay

Object of research: the agricultural enterprises of Vinnitsa area of various organizational-legal forms of managing. A research objective: a substantiation of teoretiko-methodical bases of formation and functioning of the market of sugar. Research receptions: a dialectic method of knowledge, system-structural, is abstract-logic, comparative, balance, statistical groupings, graphic, expert estimations. Theoretical and practical results: theoretical generalisations and the practical recommendations stated are recommendatory base for realisation of reconstruction of organizational-industrial activity of the enterprises, balancing structures beet-sugar manufactures, reduction in conformity of volumes of a raw-material base and processing capacities. Scientific novelty: For the first time ways and volumes of attraction of investments in beet-sugar manufacture of sugar factory are proved. It is improved definitions of essence of the market of sugar; system of material stimulation of workers of the agrarian enterprises occupied on manufacture of a sugar beet; The mechanism of economic relations between participants beet-sugar manufactures on the basis of contract integration. Have received the further development the scheme of interbranch integration of the enterprises of agrarian and industrial complex from sugar manufacture in Bershadsky area of Vinnitsa area; directions of improvement of work of sugar factories; offers concerning completion of sugar factories by experts. Introduction degree:regional managements of agroindustrial development, the agricultural and processing enterprises.
