Ditrikh O. Dietrich. Violence in the corpus delicti of the mercenary encroachments on the property in criminal law of Ukraine.

Dissertation is devoted to the complex research of the legal nature, matter, signs of physical and psychical violence. The criminal legal characteristic of the violence as a way of committing of the mercenary crimes against property with violent use is given. Attention applies on a necessity to define of the Criminal Code of concept "violence", "physical violence" and "psychical violence". The problems of criminal legal qualification of the mercenary crimes against property with violent are investigated. There are also problem issues of applications of provisions in p.2 art. 186, art. art. 187, 189 of the Criminal Code Author makes theoretical conclusions and the propositions concerning the improvement of the current criminal legislation and practice of its application are formulated.
