Public regional policy. To formulate the system of principles of the regional monitoring as by the necessary constituent of regional development; to offer basic approaches to forming of organizational model of the regional monitoring as mechanism of realization of public regional policy and method of estimation of efficiency of realization of public regional policy by introduction of the balanced system of indexes. Research methods is: historical and logical approach, analysis of the systems, process approach, informative- analytical method, design method, method of generalization, methods of richly in content- comparative analysis of literary sources and scientific authentication. Expedience and practical possibility of application of the system of the regional monitoring is proved on the stages of development and realization of public regional policy and grounded organizational principles of his functioning, that in an aggregate creates the informatively- methodical environment of providing of feed-back in the process of development and introduction of the programs and strategies of regional development; the methodical going is developed near the use of the balanced system of indexes in the system of monitoring of realization of strategies of regional development as to the instrument of receipt of transparent, accessible, reliable and timely information for all interested users. Results are inculcated in Council of Ministers of Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Chernovickaya regional state administration, Kolomiyskaya city advice of the Ivano-Francovsk area, Sevastopol city state administration, Balaklavskaya of district state administration Sevastopol.
