Considerable attention is spared to theoretical research of essence, classification and bases of development of a trading network in market conditions. The tendencies of development of a trading network of Ukraine are exposed in 1996-2007 years, influence of factors on development and efficiency of use of a trading network is appreciated. In work the basic directions of development of new organizational forms of trade by building-facing materials are outlined. It is revealed features and tendencies of development of retail trade by building materials. It is offered new approaches to the organization of a network of the specialized trade enterprises at all levels and ways of their effective activity.
