Object of research - the socio-economic safety of large industrial enterprises. The purpose of research - theoretical bases and practical recommendations concerning the grounding of choice of method of providing of socio-economic safety of large industrial enterprises. Methods of research are equipment-scientific, system, descriptive, structural-logical, comparative analysis; the method of grouping; the economic- statistical method; the method of development of scenarios. Theoretical results and novelty are clarification of determinations of such concepts as "socio-economic safety of enterprise", "providing of socio-economic safety of enterprise" and "harmonization of interests"; choice basis providing of socio-economic safety of large industrial enterprise is chosen - co-concordance and harmonization of interests; creation architectonics of interests of large industrial enterprises as instrument of research of them socio-economic safety; development procedure of choice of method of providing of socio-economic safety of large industrial enterprises.
