The thesis is devoted to the analysis of theoretical positions of the labour law regarding institute of labour disputes, national legislation and law-enforcement practice and also experience of the industrialized countries of the world in the field of advisement and accommodation of labour disputes. In the thesis the substance and scope of institute of labour disputes is investigated, the concept of "labour dispute" is defined, the reasons of accrual of labour disputes are determined, the classification of labour disputes is performed.
