Essay

The subject of the processes of motivation of personnel are selected on the enterprise. The subject of research, are the theoretical and practical constituents parts of socio-economic motivation of workers of enterprise of connection. The purpose of dissertation is the scientific substantiation of theoretical and practical principles of determination of constituents of socio-economic motivation of personnel of enterprise of connection to highly productive labour and estimation of its efficiency. Research methods: logical and historical methods, economic-statistical, abstracting, comparative, analysis and synthesis, cross-correlation-regressive analysis, skilled, sociological questioning and expert estimations, graphic and abstractly-logical. The results of research are the following: principles of development of strategic approach to the process of socio-economic motivation, namely - certainly primary purposes directions of realization and mechanisms; substantiation of methodical suggestions in relation to the estimation of quality of labour of workers of enterprises of connection by the system of interirm certification of personnel and estimation of efficiency of work of socio-economic motivation of labour, that is based on the general index of efficiency of motivation, which concernes on the basis of list of social and economic criteria indexes; methodical providing of factor analysis of socio-economic motivation by an account in the multivariable cross-correlation models of intercommunication between economic and social indicators. A novelty consists of the following: strategic approach is first developed to the process of socio-economic motivation on the enterprise of connection; methodical suggestions are improved in relation to stimulation of labour on the basis of complex estimation of quality of labour, list of criteria indexes (social and economic) in relation to the estimation of efficiency of work SAM labours, composition of factors which influence on socio-economic motivation of workers; got subsequent development essence of concept «socio-economic motivation» and methodical providing of factor analysis SAM. The results of research are inculcated in Odessa and Nickolayev branch of PC «Ukrtelecom», Pervomaysk polytechnic institute after the name of admiral Makarov and Odessa National Aacademy of Telecommunications after the nameof A.S. Popov.
