Pron'ko L. Development of property relations in agricultural enterprises

Research object: agricultural enterprises with more deep analysis of the companies limited liability. Research purpose: scientific substantiation of theoretical and applied principles of development of relations of property in agricultural enterprises. Research techniques: system-analytical, statistical, grouping, problem orientation, matrix calculations, economic mathematical, comparative, expert and ball estimation. Theoretical and practical results: theoretical results consist in enriching of science new theoretical and methodological approaches to determination of property, as categories, decision of problems of efficiency of its use, are in agricultural enterprises. The practical value of research results consists in development of methods of the relations of property directed on an improvement in agrarian enterprises. Basic principles of dissertation are taken to the level of methodical and practical recommendations which can be utilized the enterprises of agrarian sector of economy. Scientific novelty: the new aspects of display of category of property are first exposed in the conditions of transitional economy, it is proved that overcoming of publicly part property is carried out through becoming of techno-technological way production; classification of forms and relations of property is improved, system of production and administrative relations in the companies limited liability; got subsequent development of form of realization of relations of property in agricultural enterprises through the appropriation of results of economic activity, types of co-operation on principles of removal of relations the "hired worker is an employer". Degree of introduction: the results of scientific research the management of agriculture at the Vinnytsa area as an instrument of effective property management is in agrarian enterprises, introduction of the system of in-enterprise economic mechanism, use of the developed post instruction to the leaders of the companies limited liability, and also - in the educational process of the Vinnytsa state agrarian university at the study of proper objects. Efficiency: the research results allow to substantiate strategy orientation for agricultural enterprises in the process of improving the efficiency and economical stability of their functioning in conditions of quick market changes.
