Essay

The object for research: acute enteric infections morbidity, excrements from children with acute enteric infections, microorganisms strains (Shigella, Salmonella, K.pneumoniae, P.mirabilis, E.cloacae, S.aureus). The goal of research - increase of effectiveness of microbiological diagnostics and treatment in children with acute enteric infections, by means of improvement of aetiological agent's differentiation methods and antibacterial therapy tactics. The methods of research: microbiological, biochemical, mathematical, mathematical-statistical. The equipment: thermostat, microscope, centrifuge, spectrophotometer, densitometer. The main test-complexes for identification of bacteria which belong to Enterobacteriaceae family were detected by the instrumentality of artificial intelligence. Increasing of Shigella and Salmonella virulence was determined. Obtained data about increasing of acute enteric infections causative agents virulence can be used for epidemic situation analysis and prognosis. The necessity of pathogens antibiotic and phage sensitivity permanent dynamic monitoring was proved. The mathematical model and computer program for simplified identification of genera and species which belong to Enterobacteriaceae family were made for the first time. The patent for this method was obtained. The computer program worked in practice in bacteriological laboratory of sanitary-hygienic department of Comintern district in Kharkiv. Application field - medicine.
