Object: processes of capitalization of innovatively active enterprises. Purpose: ground of theoretical positions of increase of capitalization of innovatively active enterprises and development of methodical approaches of its realization. Methods: system, abstract-logical analysis, graphic, mathematical statistics. Results: economic essence of concept "Capitalization of innovatively active enterprise" is first certain as a process of growth of its market value, the method of integral estimation of innovative activity of enterprises is improved on the basis of determination of four criteria of activity. Use: " in activity of public corporation "Chervonogradsky Repair-Mechanical Factory", in the educational process of the Lviv Institute of Banking of University of Banking of NBU.
